The inaugural American leg of the Series was held in Los Angeles,
September 25th to 28th, 2014, combining the spectacular sporting action
of elite show jumping with the very best lifestyle entertainment.
This year’s competition will once again take place at the Los
Angeles Convention Center, located next to the Staples Center. During
the four days of the event, guests will have the chance to experience
exceptional, and exhilarating, show jumping competitions while also
enjoying various social events that celebrate the glamorous Los Angeles
lifestyle.
Recognized by both the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) and
the U.S. Equestrian Federation (USEF) as a CSI 5* event, the American
leg of the Longines Masters established Los Angeles as a prominent
location for the international equestrian scene, a first since the 1984
LA Olympic Games. This year, 30 of the best riders in the world and the
top US Show athletes will compete for a total prize money of $1 million
USD.
Last year’s inaugural event was a tremendous success and immediately
rated as the number one indoor show jumping competition according to
the North American Riders Group. The Longines Masters of Los Angeles
will once again bring together 30,000 spectators for four unforgettable
days of top-level equestrian sport, heart-pounding emotion, and an
unparalleled class of entertainment and glamour.

Hard luck today in Barcelona for the Egyptian Team, though M. Talaat just had time faults, K. Zoghby had a clear round among very few riders in the world and S. Dahhan and A. Said had good rounds with few faults. EquiJuri wishes to those very talented, independent and hard working riders all the best luck in their careers and success in their coming competitions.
The European fans are still not seeing the legendary A. Sakakiny competing for Egypt. Our legal team and other equine lawyers urges the Egyptian Equestrian Federation to reconsider the legal position of this very popular champion, who is currently competing with the Italian Team.

Ce laboratoire du geste, rebaptisé à l’occasion de son dixième anniversaire Centre Chorégraphique Équestre, interroge depuis son ouverture l’enrichissement de l’art équestre par une pensée chorégraphique.
Il s’appuie sur un enseignement pluridisciplinaire où la danse est un levier central de réflexion et d’évolution, à côté de l’escrime artistique, du chant, du Kyudo – tir à l’arc traditionnel japonais. Il s’agit d’une formation artistique permanente, sans cursus, ni diplôme, en perpétuelle évolution.
C’est ainsi que la compagnie s’est métamorphosée en dix ans en un véritable corps de ballet équestre.
Lier le dressage et les disciplines artistiques, et tout particulièrement la danse est une entreprise complexe et délicate. Cela implique de sortir du cadre restreint des codes établis par la tradition pour dégager un nouvel horizon.
